Jan about himself: Hello, my name is Jan Safar, I´m 21 and I have been working out for about 2 years. I treat my gym efforts as complement to my football, which is, at the moment my main sport. As I Worked out more and more, I found out how fantastic World I just discovered. I started taking it more seriously and also because of the motivation of my friend, who also helped me with getting more knowledge, I want to be able to compete in some form of bodybuilding in future, or do modelling eventually. I study the University of light science and have lot of years of progress in front of me. I´m not going to miss my chance and loose time! I like working out, it is very important part of my life and source of my happiness and satisfaction. When I hit a hard training I feel proud of myself and thats something what keeps pushing you ahead!
